We’re a rapidly growing business and to sustain our development, we would need to strengthen our team with a director of human ressources (M/W)

Your mission:

You will work closely with the founder, and you will support him on ever HR matter. You will be a proactive force regarding the business’ matters and efficiency.
You will define and implement HR’s development policy.

Your daily work:

You will anticipate the need for resources by optimizing the recruitment strategy and proposing innovative solutions to seek talents.

You will set up “career paths” for employees, you will develop the plan for skills’ development based on the needs and track the results.

You will establish a pay monitoring in the sector and deploy a remuneration policy in a clever and attractive manner.

You will develop and maintain the company’ internal community and promote the HR policy to put in place strategies for employees’ belonging and loyalty. You will promote our brand and our corporate culture.

You will guarantee the company’s compliance with social practices and applicable regulations in force, for which you will ensure full compliance. You will be in charge of the staff’s administrative management.

Your profile:

You have a higher education degree with Master’s degree in HR or equivalent, and you have a similar experience of at least 5 years in a start-up or in other growth-driven environments.

You are tech savvy and you master the tools and practices for exigent recruitment operations.

You have experience in the implementation of practices to attract, develop and maintain talents.

You are proactive and have good communication skills. You are agile on a daily basis and know how to lead big RH projects.

You are rigorous, versatile and autonomous, you are sensitive to customer service, and you work with a project-driven spirit.

You are fluent in English which is our working language.
You are also fluent in French
You will be based in Préverenges (VD, Switzerland) but may have to travel to our offices (Luxembourg, US)
